Outright cheapest place to Hour Build in Europe?

Asking for a friend with a UK PPL.
About 80-100hrs worth of flying.

you can go as low as 75ish Euro per hour of C152 (wet) in clubs in Poland. I would assume that you could cut few more Euros of that, depending on how many points you have allocated in charisma.

Check PZL Mielec.Not famous but they offer C152s for 100 Euros or less.Also, they set up bases throughout Poland for their firefighter aircraft training and time builders can land there without paying the landing fees.
