MFA - Munich Flight Academy, Germany

Does anyone have any detailed information about this flight school?
I am planning to join for my PPL, CPL, IR/ME and ATPL Theory. As it offers training in both German and English, and I only speak English.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Negative experience few years ago.
I know someone who was on a similar situation than yours. Ended up quitting the job to move to Munich, once about to start they told him that the exams must be done in german.
Another person went there to renew her MEIR but the FI/FE/Owner never followed the UK CAA procedures/formalities and the renewal was not valid due to the owner lack of willingness to cooperate.

AC are ok but rates are high and weather is a setback. From MUC is a long 1.5 hour commuting to reach MFA at Augsburg.

Same deal here as Airgus (not very happy with them): Did my PPL with them in 2011

-> back office organization terrible (they lost my folder for about 4 weeks),
-> good FIs,
-> good to start flying in a CTR since your radio work HAS to be good,
-> can have crappy weather in winter (Donau river effect)
-> cost WAY more than what they advertised. They don't mention things like landing fees

If it has to be a German flight school, check out FTA www.fta-edfc.de (did my CPL & IR with them) in EDFC or Air Alliance https://air-alliance.de/de/air-alliance-flight-center-gmbh (did my MEP here) Both instruct in English.
