MDA/DA Altitude Increase INOP Lights - Day?

Does an MDA/DA increase due to INOP lighting listed on an instrument approach apply during the day? Due to lack of any reference otherwise, I assume yes. My common sense and experience tells me it doesn't matter, but I'm looking for an official answer (reference preferred) for a check-ride question.

Look at the approach plate as to increased RVR minima with u/s lighting.
This will effectively lift your DA as you will see the runway etc sooner

The answer may be in a generic table somewhere on the documentation, labelled something like “inoperative facilities”....As has been said the answer is usually an increase to the required RVR, not an increase to DA/MDA.
