Conversion FAA ATP w Type to EASA

Hello!

New to the forum and using the search function I found some of the info that I needed but not all.

Currently in the US holding an ATP with a Type rating and 500+ hours on the type and 2000h total.

Since I have 500+ hours on the jet, I am aware of the easier conversion process which allows me to self-certify for the 14 ATPL exams. After that is there a sim/ flight exam ? Will I hold a frozen ATPL ?
If somebody would explain me step by step or reference a link I would appreciate that.

Thank you in advance

14 exams and a skill test in the SIM. You'll have an ATPL.

Does anyone know which EASA countries don't have TR with COPI restriction?
