CPL-H Navigation Theory and Exam

Hi, I'm in the process of doing the CPL-H Navigation theory and exam.
Would you recommend a Plotter with Semi-Circular Protractor or a Plotter with a rotating protractor? Is one more practical than the other? For example, after all the exams and in the real world, which version is more practical to use?

Can only comment as an FAA instructor in the US, but in my experience, the "Keep it simple" rule works best, I'd go for the basic fixed protractor model.
