Ryanair Mentored Pilot Programme with AFTA Ireland

I can't post links yet - the press release is on the AFTA main website.

Assuming this is a similar setup to the Stobart programme, candidates would do an initial interview with AFTA and then with Ryanair. Upon acceptance, they would be taken from zero experience through to CPL ME/IR in a 16 month integrated programme with a guaranteed RYR position at the end. The Stobart programme cost €75k, I guess this would be a similar setup.

I can't see why a prospective cadet would choose the Stobart scheme over the Ryanair one at AFTA!
