Jar Cpl

As far as I know the hours requirement for the JAR CPL is 150 with 100 as P1. Are there any other gotchas in there such as a minimum number of night hours for example.

think you need the Night Rating, plus there's a requirement to have logged a 300nm cross country.

You dont *need* a night rating as some European countries dont have such a thing as a night rating, BUT the training for a Night Rating satisfies the JAA requirement of 5 hours night flying.

My application was returned as the CAA said I had not done 5 TO/ Lands solo at night. I had but put the instructors name in the captain column.( young and foolish at the time) Therefore my point being ypu need at least this but i would check the CAA website for all the details.
