Question Monarch Airlines Chief Pilot?

Could someone let me know who the above is. So far I have 2 names Richard Scott or Martin Pound. I think its Richards Scott, but can someone confirm.

Many thanks in advance.

Its all change at Monarch at the moment.

Mike Poole who was Ops Director, is stepping down from his position but will still be flying on the Airbus.

Richard Scott who was Chief Pilot is now moving up to Ops Director, he's in the office currently shadowing Mike Poole during the handover.

Martin Pound was A300 Fleet Captain, now moving up to position as Chief Pilot.

If you've got 2500 hours and previous airline experience Martin Pounds the guy to talk too. And a very nice chap he is.
