737 Sim in North of UK
I've got a short notice assessment next week and could do with an hour or 2 in a 737 simulator. Internet searches are useless because all you get is FlightSim type results appearing.
Does anyone recommend a PROPER 737 simulator in the UK, preferably near Manchester........

I have no experience of them but they seem to offer what you are looking for.

VA have gone bust
I'm a bit late to the party here but for reference please be aware the Virtual Aerospace went bust earlier on this year. However at both of their former sites, ex instructors have bought the kit and started new businesses’. At Manchester the new owners of the facility are called runwaysim.com
And at Shoreham (Brighton City Airport) the new guys are 737-flightdeck-experience.co.uk
I was an instructor at Shoreham and like my other 4 directors of the new company we were left high and dry when VA went under (incidentally still selling vouchers whilst facing administration)
We bought and refurbished the kit, got new graphics and spruced up the old sim. Please feel free to check out our website and contact us for a chat.
