Tayflite based at Scone Airport, Perth, Scotland, UK are very very good. Utterly professional, they use both an FNPTII and 2 Seneca II 200 Turbos. They also do CPLs.
There is plenty of accommodation around, with reasonable public transport. The airport also has a resident CAA office, good cafe with good food, Tayside Aviation - they do PPL/AFI/Night/IMC etc.
I did my IR with them in March and am going back to renew next year on the FNPTII only, to save cash as the twins are between £225 to £270 PH I think.
All the best.

I was there when the CAA came up to test the sim out - took a whole day!
