PPL- Prage- Weather in Janaury

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and I am planning to start PPL training in Prague (I am already 40!). I live in Switzerland and I have a full time job, so that means I can go for training only once in a while by taking few days off from work. I was thinking of starting my course from the first week of Janaury (for 2 weeks) to begin with- as I have some vacation leaves balance.

Was wondering is it possible to do atleast 20 hours of flying 13 days (in Janaury) ? Do you think Janaury weather in Prague allows one to fly? Ofcourse weather can be unpredicable anywhere/anytime of the year. But was wondering what is it like in general say Janaury/ February of the year?

Was thinking of joining Flying Academy school. There were mixed reviews on the internet. The school claims they have 300+ students and there is no scarcity of aircrafts. Does anyone know whether this school has enough aircrafts/FIs?

Regards,
Dilip
