Question Aptitude test

Hello everyone!I am unsure on how to prepare for the aptitude test, compass, and interview for the selection process. I am looking to apply to either CAE Oxford or CTC. Any advice will be much appreciated!

Only you know if you've got the aptitude to do this.
It required supreme commitment, dedication and passion.
It's not "Oh good, I've been accepted, my success is all but guaranteed."
CAE and CTC are running a business.
The purpose of any business is to make money for their shareholders.
They are not running a public service.
Or doing anything out of the kindness of their heart.
They also do not have a lock on this business.
It often seems like their way is the only way to success.
I don't think this is the only way.
Frankly I think it's a bit of a farce.
I believe it's a good A320/B737 type rating school.
But to me it'd be like going to Eton or Harrow for Primary School.
There are simply too many other options out there that you must consider before doing this.
Now, it does suit some people.
Like the 'wit of a bankers' crowd.
And may be the best place for them.
I do not know your circumstance.
But if your from a family who's footing the bill with hard earned money.
Then you owe it to them to spend it wisely.
I can think of a thousand and one better ways than CAE or CTC.
