ATPL CATS

Hello guy's

I would to convert my CPL ME IR ICAO license from Canada to an EASA license, probably in UK.

I've got my medical class1 EASA from UK and I would like to start my ATPL in distance learning with CATS.

Any one can give me some feedback about the manuals, CBT, Brushup course?

Many thank's for your help!

I'm doing the course with them. I can say that they have pros and cons.... Pros: it's cheap, their brush up days are not too inconvenient to be as I live in London. And that's about it... Cons: their training material is poor, I get my self frequently having to search about many concepts required in their own progress tests elsewhere. Their question bank has been ignored by me since always, Bristol QB is much much better. Overall, if you live in London, are disciplined in way you will have to work your ass off without much help from anyone they are the best for saving some money... Otherwise look away

Can't comment on CATS i'm afraid but I went with Bristol GS and they were absolutely excellent. I have also trained with CAPT (PACO a regular contributer on these forums) and they were second to none too, especially for license conversions. Good luck.

ATPLs

BGS or captonline are the only ones you should look at

I went with CATS. The materials were not as good as BGS but they are cheaper. There are always used sets of BGS manuals for sale and you could do the course via CATS then use the money saved to buy a used set of BGS manuals to study from.

The brush up weeks with CATS were excellent and Stuart and the guys there are great.
