NVFR and IR in a CPL (A) licence

Hi there,

When I took my licences, around 13 years ago there wasnt any NVFR rating nor regulation to fly VFR at night in EU.
My CPL licence has just a CPL IR and there is no limitations to day or night.

I have always thought that I am allowed to fly IR any time 24h, and reading the regulations, in FCL.610 and FCL.810 it doesnt state the opposite.... but for PPL, SPL, and LAPL it makes the difference.

So, my question is: Can a CPL (A) be limited to IFR day?
I have hundreds of hours flown in NVFR under different licences, should I ask to get my NVFR stamped?
