I am checking Pannon Air and it says a DV20 instead of a DA20, are the hours able to be certified for time building or is this some sort of VLA?

DA20/DV20. It's all the same. You'll probably still refer to it as a DA20 in general speech.

News about Panaero? FLyFLy4 have you been there?
I've got some useful mail from them. But I have not been able to go to visit them. Anyone have been?
I visited Pannon Air, at TOKOL.
Nice instructor, but the plane quite old fom my opinion the price befor april was 90E\h plus 5E landing Fees(package 11hrs tach time), after April 100 E\h (11hr package tach time)all included. Now 110 (11hrs package). They don't let the plane to fly abroad as standart.

Anyone can find videos from Pannonair and Panaero.

they told me, they gives you the instructor as much you need( i think included in the price) for the familiarization then you can go by yourself.
I would like to go to see.
Where are you doing ATPl?

In the mail they wrote you need to have some hours with instructor( may be just for me that i need of familiarization on type) like stall cirtcuit and one nav to get used to the airspace, after that you can go alone, I would go to visit the place and do some hours.

My experience with Pannon in Budapest is very good, I am finishing my PPL now.. (checkride for my next visit), already passed all the writing part so I am already learning with CATS for ATPL.
I fly with them 4 or 5 days a month cause I leave abroad, otherwise I could have have finished already as I started in April, and the Katana is great! I don't think they are old, maintenance looks good, and the other planes for CPL look amazing.

I got to negociate special price for time building on 94€ hour all included and instructor for free anytime. I am buying 80 hours!
If you ask for big numbers the boss always give you some extra time.

I have to think meanwhile about NVFR in Tokol they dont have lights and you have to go somewhere else.

Hey ENRI, are you going to Tokol? I'll be there next month!

I have looked on the internet and there is very little info about pan aero. I havent found any single review about renting the aircraft. Anyone has some sort of experience with them?

Hello. At the end I did 70h in Pan Aero. Couldn't be happier there. All the instructors very professional and helpful, and never got a single problem, and the planes are amazing, really well maintained with an excellent mechanic there. If I would have to do my time building again, no doubt it would be there!

The weather in Croatia was really good at the time I went (aug-sep) and it's more challenging than so many countries that are just flat with Sky clear most of the time. Definitely I learned with a more challenging weather, with high mountains, turbulence sometimes, and with the possibility of flying to so many countries around.

If anyone wants some info, I'm very happy to answer!
