Question How difficult to become a pilot in the USA?

How difficult is it to become a pilot in the USA? When you have obtained a CPL is it "easy" to get a job at a small commuter airline or taxi flying company and then later move on to the bigger airlines later?

Just like it says on pilots.dk, you need a work permit to be hired with a commuter. You can NOT get this work permit just by getting a CPL and applying with an American company. I suggest studying www.ins.gov for rules and regulations on the subject and educate yourself a bit before making too many travel arrangements.
