Converting from Greek to UK issued EASA licence

Hello, I wondering if any of you could help me. Apologies if this has been discussed already, couldn't find a clear answer.

I've recently completed an Integrated ATPL course in Greece and had a Greek Licence issued. Now I am looking to convert this to a UK Licence and have started the SOLI process for the medical. My question is what do I need to do once the medical is transferred to get a UK issued licence?

Best Regards
