Thumbs down Team building at "Cranfield Lakes"

Did anyone else see the so called "team building" and how CabAir put through the poor new recruits for March outside Lanchester Hall today ???

Things are getting worse I fear.

I also heard that after flinging sponges, running around blind folded and knotting ropes they then got a bag of bits and had to make a Catana, then fly it without killing anyone. And this is 'cos there were no logs, no barrels and no Bramly Lake.

Anyone else care to comment on things getting worse !!!
