Flight schools/Universities in Europe

Hello !

I'm from Romania and I'm looking for a good flight school with Integral course in Europe that has a scholarship or any kind of financial support.
Is there any Universities in Europe that can provide you an aviation degree also with a scholarship?
PS: I'm holding a FAA PPL/IR

There is something between Intercockpit and a university with a 4-year program. Last time I checked it was some time ago.
