Statisticly it wont work

This pole will not give you any indication whether you will be able to get a job soon or not due to the tragic events and the recent developments.
if you have this pole in another year or so the numbers will be much more elevated on the higher ends so there will be alot more people looking for jobs for over 1.5/2 years or more

Maybe it's because lots of 'em are working?

You donīt need to have found a job, just state how long you have been looking.
