instrument rating renewal

hi Guys,

I had a jaa Cpl and I converted it an easa Cpl last year by doing the paper work. A full skills test is required ie cross country nav to use if for flying though. My multi engine rating and instrument rating have expired by more than 7 years , also my atpl exams have expired again by 7 years .
my understanding that if I wished to renew everything that I would have to do the IR theory exams , only 5 of them since I now have an easa Cpl license . Those being air law, flight planning and monitoring, ifr coms, radio navigation and agk instruments .
I would have to do a single engine class rating skills test to validate the Cpl license for flying , also I would have to undertake training for the multi engine rating and I/r and do full ir skills test with an m/e rating afterwards .

my question is could all this training be combined and done in one skills test?

i.e instead of doing a complete skills test for the single engine class rating , could this be included in the ir skills test?

cheers
