ERAU rep in Europe
Hello, I am a dual US and Irish citizen. I grew up in the United States but now live in Europe. I am looking at doing an aviation focused masters degree and am looking at options both in the United States and Europe (both to enhance career options and for personal growth). I am interested more in Aviation Safety or Human Factors in aviation, but also have some interest in Air Transportation Management. I have looked at Cranfield, City, and Coventry in the UK. I have also looked at Embry-Riddle. I like the fact with ERAU you can highly customise the Master of Aeronautical Science degree to focus on a wide range of options. So I am curious as to how Embry-Riddle is viewed in Europe. Is a degree from ERAU viewed the same as a degree from Cranfield or City?
I have looked at places other that Cranfield, City and Coventry, but those are the ones that stand out the most. But can anyone suggest other European programs that I might have overlooked?

As someone who teaches for ERAU I would say the syllabus is US focussed, but with international aspects, and is certainly well regarded stateside.
While being less well known in the EU/UK, amongst those working in those fields it shouldnt be looked at any differently, it depends on the hours and outputs (ie transcripts) alongside your work experience in any HR situation.
The plusses are the self paced online nature, you dont have to take time off for a year - Cranfield and others will be more traditional though they are making strides on distance learning also.
Having spent time at Cranfield it is more engineering focussed so it depends on whether your aim is a BAE Systems or say an airline type role.

The others might be famous in the UK but Cranfield is well known in Europe
