Question Tropic Air BLIZE Hour Building C208 FO

hi everyone,
I am starting this post as all the previous one are quiet old and are not really dealling with the building hours program on C208 as FO. I thought could be good to get some advise..
I am quiet interested but don't really know what to expect out there.. only have 200TT, frozen JAA CPL ME IRand after having sent loads of CVs with answers requiering more exp I start to think about it. Some may say I could do a CFI rating .. yes probably, but my view is that I need more experience before being able to teach someone..
Would like to get more information on tropic air, how is the general interaction with the company? the crew ?
How many hours in reality can i expect to log? IFR ? VFR ?
for those who have done it awhile ago, did it make it easier to find a job afterwards ? Anyone who has done it with a FCL licence ? is there any problems in recogizing the hours afterwards ? ( UK CAA or FR DGCA)
Apologize for all this question, and thanks for the help...

As far as I know, this is simply a P2F scheme. Stay far away if you don't want to contribute to the race to the bottom.

I know a guy that did it way back in the dark ages, he's parked his license and works as decorator making (probably) more money than many pilots.

If you have an FAA license I suppose you could log PIC as sole manipulator of the controls (probably on empty legs only). However without formal training I doubt any company will give that time any consideration. AFAIK there isn't much to gain from these SE OPS, unless you are in the LHS.

Best luck

well thanks guys, but still trying to find someone who can tell me if it is worth it ? would it be better to go for a TR then ?
I know it is P2F redbull, but don't worry I live down south of the world .. XD
So I'm already beyond the bottom race
