FAA CPL w/ IR and EASA ATPL written

This thread might not be as well placed but I thought it was the best option.

I have my FAA CPL with IR plus the MEP, SEP, complex and high performance endorsement. Now i recently finished all my 14 EASA ATPL exams sucdesfully. The next thing would be to go en fly and get my EASA CPL and IR MEP. My financial situation is tight at the moment so I'm actively searching for that first pilot job.
my question would be, does anybody know where and if I could get a pilot job in the EU/ if anybody would be interested even?
My second question is if somebody has a good recommendation for a flying school/ academy to get my EASA CPL IR MEP( conversion)?
I've been in contact with CTC Wings and Wings over Holland.

thanks
