Time building Eastern Europe

I frequently see some Hungarian companies advertising time building. The prices seem nice, but does anyone have any ideas or experience with these places, airplanes, whatever comes to mind?

Hi. Im also interested for time building in Hungary, for now im considering CAVOK.and Sky taxy.

I was actually checking Pannon Air, they advertise 11 hours for the price of 10. On DV20 Katanas. Anything on this company?
