Hour Building in the states and Immigration?

Hi all,

I'm off to the states next week to do a couple of weeks hour building, just wondered post sept 11th is it ok to tell immigration why I'm visiting the country, or do i just tell them i'm on holiday?? Will they not be suspicious of a young person on their own entering the country?

Thanks in advance
