vat refund

I am going to do my flying training in uk.
But all of the schools ask me to pay 20% vat.
ppl - cranfield flying school (fees include 20% vat)
hour building - bristol flying (fess include 20% vat)
ctc wings - cpl/ir,me,atpl (fees include 20% vat)
And i am a asian student living outside of europe
Can i refund my vat fees when leaving uk
my total vat fee includes 14000£
Does they refund such a amount in cash

As the services were bought, paid and used in the EU you can't claim the VAT back.

VAT is only refundable on goods exported.
