What is the difference between JOC and MCC
Would someone be able to help me with the differences and similarities of a JOC and MCC course.

The main purpose of JOC is to understand how to fly a jet. It might be a single-pilot airplane.
MCC - multi crew cooperation. How to work in a multi crew environment. It might be generic airplane, not a jet.
