Flight school advice

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to decide which of these two flight schools would be better for my training:

1. SMATSA Aviation Academy, Serbia
They have ATPL course with IR(ME) and MCC which lasts 18-24 months at a cost of about 50.000euro(everything included). You finish with 214hrs, 60 of which on Alsim ALX FNPT II sim. Flight training is done on Cessna 172N, 172S equipped with Garmin 1000 and Cessna 310T.
After finishing the course you receive EASA approved licence.
pros and cons:
+Price
+Low living expenses
-No job guarantee

2. Alpha Aviation Group, UAE
They have MPL course in partnership with Air Arabia which lasts 18 months at a cost of about 110.000e for the training itself + 21.000 for A320 TR after completing the course. You finish with 70hrs on single engine aircraft, 68hrs on FNTP II and 108hrs on A320 level D sim. After finishing you are guaranteed 1.500hrs on A320 as FO at Air Arabia. You receive UAE MPL licence and after completing 1500hrs UAE ATPL.
pros and cons:
+Job guarantee
+A320 TR
-Price
-Higher living expenses

What do you think is better for me to do?
Thanks

Regard this is practice for making decisions in the cockpit

My two cents - The UAE one has better long term prospects - you can always convert the UAE ATP to an EASA one later.
