my question is

And if yes ,in which easa countries i m entitled to pass them or can i pass them in any easa member stae.

You have 18 months from the end of the month in which you took your first exam. If you haven't taken any, in theory, you have plenty of time.

Provided the country concerned recognises the UK FTO, you should be able to take all the exams in another country.
