Airbus A320 Type Rating according to CAAPhilippines

I am Philippines CPL Holder, planning to do Airbus A320 Type Rating in AeroStar (or) PanAm in Florida, USA. I have few queries, please help if anyone aware about it;

1. What is the requirement of CAAPhilippines for Type Rating endorsment?
2. What are the minimum hours on FFS to be flown?
3. Do they have any specific training syllabus (or) FAA program is sufficient?
4. Is training accepted on CLASS C Simulator? Or CLASS D is must?
