Command Training
Can anyone please help? I am currently approaching my upgrade shortly with a large LCC, I was wondering if anyone was aware or could recommend a 'personal development' coach or seminar that i could attend to help prepare me for command.
My company provides me with the necessary technical/operational training but none of the personal development side of command such as becoming a 'leader' or 'managing people'
