Paperwork for UK CAA MEP

Hello,

I currently have a UK license, but will fly a ME-IR(A) revalidation with an examiner not from the UK.

My license is valid, along with my ratings SEP(A) and MEP(A) og SPA-ME-IR(A)

Only my ME and IR need renewal, as they expire later this month. Can anyone confirm i still need to fill out SRG1119B, along with SRG1157, even if the examiner sign off on the rating valdiation page in the license?

It seems that the paperwork is now the hardest part of revalidating an IR-A Compared to understanding the new bunch of forms, single engine NDB procedures are easy!

Thanks in advance

If you revalidate you only need the 1157. If you renew (ie the ratings lapse) you'll need a 1119D completed by an ATO as well.
However, you say you are using a non-UK examiner. Has he got CAA approval to test UK licence holders?
