WHAT IS THE BEST ROUTE TO TAKE? MPL?

Hi Guys!

What is MPL?
Basically I’m currently training for my PPL (Have about 5 hours)
A lot of people have been saying to me to go for an MPL with an airline sponsored scheme because apparently you’re more likely to be employed.

I wanted to know would I still be able to apply if I had my PPL?

If I had no flying qualifications and I go on doing an MPL course would I gain a PPL out of it and the other licenses?

What does the MPL consist of?

What’s the difference between MPL and MCC?

Would you recommend an MPL course?

What’s the best route to take?

Also what about education wise?
I’m still doing gcses, what’s best to take for a levels? And after a levels shall I go to university? (What’s a good course to take?)
Or perhaps join oxford aviation academy and do my atpl?

I’m really confused guys, sorry for bombarding you with all these questions!!
