Practical R/T tomorrow!

Hey everyone. I have my practical r/t exam tomorrow. I'm going over the practice sheet and wondering if when requesting a MATZ penetration I should say: M A T Z penetration or just say the word 'matz' or what?

Say ''request 'MATZ' Penetration''

not to much to worry about, plan it out as you would a normal flight with frequencies etc.
