What to do next..

PPL witth all ATPL Exams Complete 80 Hours P1 and 55 Hours Training. For the CPL you need 100 PIC and a total of 200 hours. Would it be more logic to get my IR First and cheaper or just get the CPL and do some Hour building... Help Guys

why don't you just do some hours building and practice some IR training at the same time, this will help you get close to both certificates (CPL & IR)
