You wont find too many PA44's for sale in the market. I heard Flight Safety is selling their PA44's. You can get in touch with their Vero Beach office. You can also look for turbo PA44's, they are more easily available.. .The PA44 has an airframe life of 14,400 hours. After that you are required to change the wings!! And its not economically worth it.. .Good luch with your search.

I had looked into the Flight Safety PA-44's a few months ago and the word I had was they were very high time. (Close to Wing Change)
