Questions about JAA license.

Hello everybody!
I'm new in this forum. I hope I will get what I want.
I'm from Tunisia and been in United States almost 7 months and a half traning to be a pilot. And thanks god I graduated a week ago. CPL single engine and multi engine with 290 hours (FAA license).
I planned to do the CFI programs so I can build hours while teaching students but I'm not citizen which means I'm under M1 visa, so I can't work as an Instractor in US under M1 visa.
Well, I start thinking about to convert my FAA license to JAA and then contact some companies such as "eaglejet international" or "skies aviation" for dowing line training 500 hours on either airbus A320 or Boeing B737.

So, my question is I need an advice from an expert pilot and please no jokes because I signed in this forum to share share or feed each other with some info.

Thank you
