Foreign carrier pay structures

Hi everyone,

I live in the US and am generally aware of how airlines pay here but how do airlines pay in other countries? Is there a different pay scale for widebodies versus narrowbodies? Or is it somewhat "flat" like how UPS pays where everyone is paid the same hourly rate and increases are given out based on years of service? And if it is the same hourly rate across the board, can you provide some examples of airlines that do pay like that? Thank you in advance!
