FAA CPL(A)+(H) to JAA CPL(H)

Bit of a long winded question here. I am starting the ATPL(A) theory in a few weeks, when that is finished and all the exams taken/hopefully passed, I'm probably gonna go to the States and Instruct as I already hold an FAA CPL(A)(CFI should only take a month). While I'm there I fancy getting an FAA CPL(H) and a CFI(H). The question is, what extra theory would be needed and what flying would be needed for the Rotor part over here in JAA land? to get an FAA CPL(H) I only need 50hrs rotor time I think, as I already have 250hrs Fixed?
Help is needed

P.S I have posted this on Rotorheads, but they never seem to want to answer these types of questions on that forum!
