Has anyone been there recently? Looking to renew some ratings. Have e-mailed several times in the last week but no answer. Is this SOP for them?

I know they have had some email server issues in the passed.
Assume you are using the latest contact info from the website?
Contact them by phone, heard nothing but good about them.

They all speak very good English, so don't be afraid to call them, and if its the cost, ask them to ring you back? Emails may not of got through.
