What would you consider too expensive and what is the purpose of the timebuilding?
100 hrs PIC for the CPL?
What airplane are you looking for? Does it matter?

welll 100hrs PIC for the CPL regarding rates dunno exactly need to take everything in consideration. Preferably, I would go for a 100hr package and see how much that will cost me...not exceeding 9000€. Maybe a piper or sumtin similar.
