B737 Landing checklist question
Pilot Flying - At glide slope “alive” call “GEAR DOWN”, “FLAPS 15”. Arm speed brake and check green light illuminated. Call “LANDING CHECKLIST DOWN TO FLAPS
Pilot Monitoring - Position landing gear lever DN, FLAP lever to the Flap 15 detent. POSITION Engine Start Switches to CONT. Check RECALL
What does position engine start switches to CONT mean and check RECALL?
"The go-around must be initiated by DA. Therefore, at the minimums call, it is important that the pilot flying, without delay, accomplishes the Go-around. It is not necessary for the pilot flying to search for visual cues at this point. The pilot monitoring shall call the visual cues as they become apparent. If the pilot flying has not heard any visual cue calls from the pilot monitoring, it is save to assume that no visual cues have been received.Execute a Go-around."
In this context above is the 'minimums call' referring to DA?

It means switch the two engine start switches on the forward overhead panel to continuous. There are four positions, GND, OFF, CONT, FLT.
Recall is where you push the master caution annunciator to check for system malfunctions.
The decision altitude 'minimums' call given by the EGPWS is driven from the captains baro minimums selector.

Is the captains baro minimum selector a bug on the captains altimeter that the captain uses to select the DA?

Nope the engine runs exactly the same however the igniters are powered continuously (from the selected right/both/left)
On the EFIS control panel there is a baro selector knob used to set the minimums for the approach used.

The recall in the landing checklist must be a specific company requirement, as in the normal Boeing checklist, it's done at Top of Drop.
Regarding the start switches.
CONT = continuous use of the selected igniter L/R
FLT = continuous use of BOTH igniters regardless of which is selected.
