Ryanair 737 Recruitment Scheme (with GECAT)
Anyone (with a fzn ATPL IR) been approached by GECAT regarding Ryanair recruitment for a self-sponsored 737 rating ?
Apparently, if selected one must front 15K-18K for ones' 737 rating done at GECAT. Following successful competion one (hopefully) will be taken on by Ryanair.
Would be very interested to hear from anyone who has been approached, esp. those that have done this scheme or are about to venture on it.

As far as I know CAE in the Netherlands is doing this. They have gradutes from their abinitio school NLS in MST join FR. Seperately they are training guys for FR German Base (Hahn). They have a deal to supply 50 guys I think.
