ATPL theory crediting of a CPL/IR holder

I have CPL/IR and I want to get ATPL theory.
What subjects I dont have to be examed?

It would help to say under which authority you operate. Canada, FAA, JAA/EASA, or other.

Unfortunately, according to CAP 804, Section 4, Part L, Page 2, you have to retake all subjects with 2 exceptions; VFR and IFR Communication
