Renewing UK CAA CPL under EASA

My CPL needs renewing next month (Unemployed Frozen ATPL) Will I simply be receiving another insert for my (pointless) blue book, or does the new licence come in a new form? Wondering what my £150 (ish) is buying me? (MEP, IR and MEDICAL all current....)

Is this a UK CAA CPL (as the thread title implies) or rather a UK CAA issued JAR-FCL CPL?

Ah! Semantics. Excellent point. I mean UK CAA issued JAR-FCL CPL from 2007.
