CPL & IR with an IMC

Just wondering is the any reduction in time required during the CPL & IR courses if I already have an IMC?

If the EASA CBM - IR goes ahead you will get 30 hrs credit for having an IMC. Thats if it comes in, who knows but pretty useful, making the SE - IR 10 hrs additional training, would you be able to pass the skill test after just 10 hrs is another matter ?
