Searching for ICAO Annexes - electronic version

I am looking for an electronic version of the 18 ICAO Annexes and PANS OPS+RAC. A CD ships for USD 819.00 from ICAO - I am just a poor person, I do not have a massive and wealthy company behind me, and I want an electronic reference, mainly to get the ability to search across all annexes quickly for certain content.

Does anyone here know of how to get a "backup" version or something, or maybe a "used" CD ? I will only use it for study purposes, so if it is last years version is not that important.

I already have electronic versions of most JAA documents (the ones relevant to ATPL ground school), and they are very helpful. The Annexes, pans rac and pans ops as well as MNPS (etc) is what I need to complete it.

Thank you for your help,

TD

P2P

It seems now that when using programs like KaZaa (www.kazaa.com) one can be lucky to find what is needed. Search for ICAO, JAA and/or JAR.

Happy hunting to all,

TD
