To trust or not to trust?

The American Aviation Academy in El Cajon, CA. state on their website that they are a SEVIS/TSA approved FAA 141 flight school, and later go on to say they provide European CAA/JAA Pilot Courses.

My concern is that they don't, however, mention that they are UK CAA approved. And if I am correct I believe any school outside of the UK which intends to provide JAA pilot courses MUST be CAA approved??

It just looks a bit funny to me, maybe i'm registering it wrong, but you can never be too wrong when so much of your ££££ are involved!
