Cross-country experience

Why some flight training center shows that they will have the course call cross-country experience before CPL? Is that necessary?

Yes it is. I don't remember the minimum requirements in America, but in Europe you need at least 150 hours TT and at least 70 hours PIC to start a CPL course. You can also obtain a IR and ME during as part of building to save some little money.
